Our hardware already helped eliminate a whopping 430,000 kg of food waste, and we’re just getting started!


As Orbisk's first Key Accountmanager, you get to focus on the cool stuff. In fact, your influence will help mature our commercial team to further expand internationally. With a high level of autonomy, you get to share your vision and drive improvements as we scale. Establish a blueprint for scaling operations, focus on effective key account management within Orbisk and design & implement strategies for engaging and maintaining essential customer relationships. Your work does not only mean the world for Orbisk's commercial side of things: it means the world, well, to the world. 7 ingredients of the role 

1. Take ownership of key client accounts, focusing on global chains in the food, hospitality, and catering sectors.

2. Drive the successful implementation and utilization of our food waste reduction technology.

3. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.

4. Develop and execute strategies for engaging and maintaining relationships with senior executives at client headquarters.

5. Act as a central point of contact for key accounts, leading discussions on waste reduction strategies.

6. Analyze and enhance the value contribution of the Customer Success team.

7. Travel when needed for face-to-face meetings with key clients.


Job requirements

What you bring to the chef's table

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a commercial role, preferably within the food or hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
  • Demonstrated skills in upselling and scaling.
  • Understanding of both environmental and financial impact of food waste, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing split responsibilities between new and existing business.
  • You're a "masterchef" when it comes to your English skills, both verbally and written.
  • Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in FoodTech innovations.
