As Orbisk's Revenue Operations Specialist you share the responsibility for both the strategic and operational aspects of our commercial growth. This means that you're not only responsible for the blueprint of new processes, but also for the hands-on construction within the systems. This sets you at the forefront of our success as we continue to grow on a global scale. In this role, you'll report directly to our CCO and work together closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Success Lead. Additionally, you'll be teaming up with the future Head of Marketing.

1. Be the driving force behind translating commercial team and management goals into efficient processes within our systems.
2. Producing accurate reports, strategic insights, and precise forecasting will be a key ingredient in driving our recipe for growth.

3. Ensure the successful implementation of new processes, with scalability in mind.

Job requirements

What you bring to the chef's table

- A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

- Solid experience with HubSpot is a must. Even better if you know a thing or two about Planhat.

- Track record in a fast growing startup/scaleup environment is considered a big plus.

- Strong communication skills + ability to work across various teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbally
